  I am really hurting right now, I am a senior in college and my car recently blew a head gasket. I took it to the dealer with the hopes of them helping me out financially with the payments. My car is an 06 with moderate mileage so I figured it was more a manufacture issue with my car, since it is fairly new. The car is now fixed and I don't have all the money I need to get my car back. I graduate next week and I need my car to drive back south 400 miles. If I dont pay within a week they'll take my car which i work so hard to keep. The mecanic says i should get another 100,00 miles from this fixing. But, I'm a girl maybe he was just saying that to get me happy.I still owe money on the car loan but i do all I can to get by to pay my bills. I have 0 that was designated for my cap and gown and senior photos, but I gave it all up and chose not to walk across the stage and just have my diploma mailed to me over the summer. It costs ,023 to get my car out of the shop. Someone please help me or lead me the way out of my situation.

This is a very last resort. I am in debt and feel horrible about it. I am on foodstamps and living at home again as a grown woman. The situation is very embarrassing for me. I would be eternally grateful and give back to those in need once I am on my feet again. I have been unemployed for almost a year now without unemployment benefits because I worked for a non-profit previously and was ineligible for receiving unemployment. I am asking God for help everyday and actively looking for work every day. I have had a few interviews but nothing solidifies. If anyone could help me, even a dollar helps, even a penny helps at this point in my life. Thank you.

I am so embarrassed about this, My Mother died 16 years ago I have been living with my father. who just passed away september 2008. he left me all alone, I just lost my job, because I was so upset over my father passing. Now I can't seem to find a job. I'm loosing the house that he left me cause I can't make the payments. I won't be able to go to school this next semester. due to no more funds I'm so distraught I just don't know what is going to become of me I'm needing information and/or help.  I have learned how to deal with the emotions. The financial responsability is overwhelming  I don't know if I can't handle it. The more I dig in to his life the more grimm it is getting. I love and miss him so much I know he was trying to take care of me. The finances are in so much disaray I believe he was going to loose every thing any way. Now I don't stand a chance. I am Shannon, a single mother of a beautiful 2 1/2 year old girl named Jada. I became unemployed in May and since my state, RI, is having a huge rise in unemployment rates, I have not been able to get another job. There arent any jobs! I have bipolar disorder and have only been able to work medial jobs in the past so my unemployment benefit, which will runout in 2 weeks, is only $92 per week! I have no permanent address and stay place to place so I give some money to the people I stay with for food, rides, utilities, and I try to buy the bare necesitites for me and Jada. I have been gaining weight because of a new medication and I have no pants that fit me so I always wear sweatpants and look like a bum. My daughter is growing out of her clothes and I have no money to buy anymore. I have been calling numbers for help locally just to find out they are not offering any help this year due to the economy. Rhode Islands economy and unemployment rate is the third worst in the US! I really want to provide some kind of christmas for my little angel. She means more to me than anything in the world. This is her third christmas, but the first one that she is understanding the concept of Christ, and Santa and why we celebrate the holiday. I dont care about getting anything for myself but if anyone can help with anything for my baby girl I would be forever grateful. She is so smart and bright and witty. Everyone I see in stores or public places stops to talk to her and tell me how pretty and smart she is. Thats why I will feel awful when she doesnt have gifts on christmas because people have been telling her if she is not a good girl Santa wont bring her anything. So I really dont want my baby to think she is a bad girl. I have been praying and praying to God for an answer and havent found one yet. But I think this website could be it. I sure hope so. If anybody can help can you please email me and we will go from there? I dont want to put anymore personal demographics on here because you never know who could get ahold of it. I am 22 years old, I dont live with my parents.

I work at low paying job everyday for now, until I will go to school on January,

I dont have a car, so I drive bike to work everyday. It takes me 30 minuts.

I have a $2900 loan debt.

In 2008 I find out that I have a virus that can lead to cancer.

I do not have a medical insurance and I dont know how I am going to pay for my medical bills.

I am young and I dont want to have cancer. I dont wanna die.

Its hard for me right now, my money situation and health.

I have poor health. Heartaches and headaches.

Sometimes I cry because I have nothing healthy to eat.

I have a fiance, he is my hero and my supporter. But he can not support me finacially. Because he is in money debt too. Its hard to watch your life come by and see that nobody wants to help you with your medical bills.

I lost my feith in people. I know there are people who have money , who can help me but just dont want to or they dont believe my story. I dont know who als to contact.

I am a mother and looking for some help this month. I lost my job and just need a few extra dollars for groceries, rent, etc. If you are willing to help, please contact me.

I am sitting here writing this and watching my 2yr old sleep.  There is an old cloth diaper under her ear to catch the wax and pus combination that is constantly draining from her ear.  Wires cross her body from one side to the other monitoring her breathing to make sure she doesn't stop breathing for more than 20 seconds... The point at which it becomes dangerous.  She snores and gasps for air and a little smile plays across her lips.  I wonder if she is dreaming about Merry Missmis Claus (I just call him Santa Claus) bringing her toys.  It seems the "big man" has been a big topic with her lately.  She is so excited about all the toys he is going to bring her.  I am trying to find a way to let her down gently.  Sometimes little boys and girls make the "nice list" and still don't get that special visit.  Sometimes little boys and girls make the "naughty list" and they DO get that visit.  How do you explain that to a child who is so optimistic despite the fact that life has delt her one harsh blow after another.  She is so smart for her age and seems to really grasp Christmas.  I don't mean bows, bells, and wrapping paper.  I mean that Jesus was born and was a tiny baby and that he loves her.  She also gets the comercial aspect and knows that the other kids are getting TOYS! She deserves this more than ANY other kid I know.  She has been through so much and yet she remains well behaved and happy.  I don't want to see her disappointment on Christmas when cousins get mountains of toys and all she gets is a used bed that isn't even fancy.  Just a plain ol' used Anti-fall bed (epilepsy).  If anyone is looking for a family to adopt for Christmas I would really appreciate being picked.  I don't want anything for me, just my little princess.  She is trapped in the house all cold and flu season because of her many medical problems. Not having age appropriate toys is already a big problem.  She still has mainly baby toys and they do not keep her occupied.  Thank you for reading this!
